A.) Our campaigns sends appointment information -confirmation & reminder messages to customers when they have booked an appointment with Social Selling Strategies on the website and if they choose to opt-in to receive occasional promotional and notification SMS from Social Selling Strategies via website contact forms or web chat they will get those messages too.
End users opt-in by visiting - and filling in their contact details via contact exchange form, webchat, or when booking an appointment. Users check boxes to agree to receive notifications & fill in forms providing their consent to agree to receive meeting reminders and occasionally promotional messages and communications from us.
B.) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply by texting "STOP" to the number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. You can also unsubscribe from marketing related emails by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the at the bottom of them at any time.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
a. Sponsorship & Payment Policy
Non-Refundable Policy All sponsorship fees, ticket purchases, and community membership dues are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a payment is made, funds are immediately allocated to the production, marketing, and securing of venue costs for the event series. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations, weather events, or failure to attend.
Sponsorship Deliverables We are committed to providing the exposure listed in your specific sponsorship tier (e.g., logo placement, social media mentions). However, we assume no liability for minor errors or omissions in printed or digital materials (such as a typo in a name or a logo color variance). While we strive for perfection, immediate correction of digital assets will be the sole remedy for any such errors.

Marketing Communications You give us permission to contact you regarding future events, community updates, and relevant offers.
Opt-Out Rights You may unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in the footer. For text messages, you may reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
e. Media Release
By attending our in-person events, you grant Social Selling Strategies LLP permission to use your likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, video recordings, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the event. You agree that Social Selling Strategies LLP has complete ownership of such material and can use it for any purpose consistent with the event’s mission, including marketing and social media promotion.
Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the Promotion rules will apply.
